Alligator ® ,processes the surfaces in the form of waves perfectly through 4,5,6 heads. Increasing number of head allows gaining of fast production and quality surfaces. Just as various Toksel brand machines, Alligator ® offers a lot of features such as self-oiling in wavy profile, dense stainless material, remote access and intervention, reporting, remote tracking, warning and alarm.
As well as including certified materials, materials used in Alligator ® are subject to incoming quality control by Toksel quality management department. Raw materials are processed in preeminent machines, then coloured in high techology surface plating line. Alligator ® which undergoes various tests and mechanical operations that are taking place in 12.000 square meter facility, is ready to use immediately after last quality controls.
